Precisely, It should be trading higher. I cannot answer why it's only trading .04 man. Maybe if it gets a huge promotion to bring attention it will reach a more suitable pps? Idk the exact answer but I do know if we look at and compare $PGAS to most OtCs, it's superior in all aspects. Yet, companies with bloated SS's && greedy CEOs are the companies who get their pps to rise 000's of %. Crazy how the market works.
