What i would like to know is that why USMJ website is ACI website and why USMJ HQ is in Louisville, KY now with no address when you google "USMJ" instead of the one in Texas and why does ACI HQ is in texas and why does it says that the "Parent Organization" is ACI. Does this means that there was a buyout? Usually what happen during a buyout is that the company that bought that other company became the parent company. Financial support from a company does not make that company a "parent company". Correct me if im wrong; I know because i work in a medical company and a bigger company bought us out so they became the "parent company" of our company and when i google our company it does not have our HQ address on there no more instead all it have is the State and the city like how you would see it on USMJ; Louisville, KY when you google USMJ and there's that tab to the right with the information. PURA also have its website direct to ACI and their HQ is in Dallas, Texas with no specific address and their "Parent Company" is also ACI. But i dont have any shares in PURA so i dont care about pura. Was there a buyout? or does this mean that USMJ and ACI is run by the same group of people? is it all a lie to scam more money from investor? What happen to USMJ HQ in texas? wtf is going on... These is the kind of question investor should question themselves. My money and your money is at stake.

Their stock price does not effect USMJ stock price. if you read that article it state that "PURA acquired all of USMJ’s wholly owned interests" so USMJ have nothing to show. What if they are all run by the same group of people?. who knows, professional scammer are good they can make it look legit. You just never know until they are caught. Scammer get caught by SEC a lot and only the big shot professional scammer makes it to national news. You will never hear anything about these little scammer that get caught with fraud.
