Look TK, they are signing leases on some moderate commercial properties, buying or renting minimal equipment, all this is done with relatively small capital expenditures. Robert has a sweet house in Neptune Beach, you can see he takes his girlfriend to Hawaii, obviously he has money. So whether he's fronting the money, or not, the clinics pay for themselves once they open. He's capitalizing on a hot market without high upfront capital!

BTW, the way I see it, Cali is not a good business opportunity. We actually do not want "recreational" marijuana legalized. I would believe that a huge percentage of marijuana card seeking people are claiming medical need just to legally have access to dope. If the State has legalized recreational use, where is the incentive to get the Medical Marijuana Card for those dope seeking people? Heck, if it's legal and I do have a medical need, then why would I need the medical card?
