Just found another SPI-2012 PK study (NCT01037543) that included a 270 ug/kg dose, again in healthy volunteers which is higher than the doses of the current P3 studies. So the reason for the current PK study is to see the pharmokinetics in BC pts undergoing chemo since they already have data in healthy volunteers and at a higher dose.
