Okay, so everything is taking a lot longer than anyone expected including Hartman! Delays happen, deals don't always close as expected or on time. Especially as Mr. Hartman explained to us...when there is a change in management with the company you are dealing with! We see it all the time! Like Trump/Sessions now in office.
