On August 7, 2017, Sean S. Lee resigned from the board of directors of Valuesetters Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Lee’s decision to resign was for personal reasons and was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.

On September 1, 2017 the board of directors elected the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Cecilia Lenk, to the board of directors. Ms. Lenk was also named Chairman of the Board.
