Bill - Trex, the company, the PR, and the Symposium ALL say he is presenting a paper.

Your own email states "Nevertheless the proceedings will contain a full five-page paper contribution from him."

Your own email also states (direct from the symposium) " . . . the press release probably gives the correct interpretation of what Mr. Fernandez is going to present."
