No apology needed, asus. I think you're one of the good guys and I'm glad you escaped the pit. (that was a pun)

My posts are just my own opinions. There's no way any of us can really know much about this company. Just the fact that it keeps it's shareholders in the dark seems awfully suspicious to me. Many money losing companies are more attractive investments simply because they treat shareholders with respect and honesty.

I seriously doubt that Phoenix is profitable but I know the share price would be much higher if the company posted audited financials. No pink sheet investor is scared off by losses.

Profitability is great but look at some of the recent runners, UWNK is a good example....Never made a dime and probably won't anytime soon but the pps is up well over a dollar and still considered cheap. Why? One reason is the company has a great business plan. No one knows Phoenix's business plan or if they even have one. Another reason is the appearance of honesty in the company's PR's. Everything uWink claims can be easily verified. Very few of Phoenix's claims can be verified, many are incredibly vague. Example...Phoenix claims to own a construction company. Maybe they do and maybe they don't but if they do, what has that company actually done? If they've built anything at all, why don't we know about it?

I could go on and on but my point is, Phoenix operates in secrecy and that tells me one thing... They've got something to hide.

If I had a big losing position in PBLS, I'd probably be hanging on just like many of you, hoping the price will go up someday so I could escape with less damage and maybe even a little profit. I certainly wouldn't be buying more in this downtrend. It could turn around tomorrow but it's even more likely to keep going down and anyone just now getting in should be prepared to lose 50% or more of his money with no guarantee of ever getting it back.

If you think you're too small to be effective, you've never been in the dark with a mosquito.
