OK, but they don't compensate the present shareholders. When they sell the millions of dollars, you don't get any of that. When they calculate the value of the company one day, and there are say twice as many shares, your % stake in the company will have been cut in half. The company will have to be worth double to break even then.

The fact that all the millions they made before haven't turned anywhere near a profit is bad, but how desperate and irresponsible to have already in 6 months after 200:1 split to do it, now to be entirely exhausted of authorized shares and need more for unknown purposes.

They act like a penny stock, and deserve to be treated as such.

However many shares...will be publicly offered for sale, thus bringing in millions of dollars. (Assuming that more shares are indeed issued). In other words, they don't magically appear, causing dilution without compensation, (cash coming in, for sale of those shares.)
