Per Ombudsman, FINRA is quick to review especially in the comment stage. Considering the time that it took for Fidler to answer back means that we are in the nit-picking stage where its simple questions and does not require to produce stacks of documents. Means to me the Review is complete, and these are the "Action Items" that FINRA needs answers on. Its less likely new "Action Items" are generated based on current "Action Items". I'm thinking next week we get the ticker change if this was truly the last round of comments.

RO just emailed saying that legal has answered the recent FINRA comments.

Hopefully that will get us the ticker change soon.
