I basically agree, but I'd go a step further and say that a buyout doesn't make sense at all, except maybe at an extremely unlikely super high number. Think about leasing the technology and how much that would be worth to XXII over the course of about the next 25 years.

The U.S. doesn't lead the world in health policy any more. Watch the globe mandate lower nicotine and then, hopefully, we'll follow..
