I think it might be one or two flippers. The reason I say that is I see a pattern.
The person doing it sells at the open waits for a down tick and then starts to load walls on the ask to intimidate so they can induce selling so they can reload cheap. Wash rinse and repeat. The only way to stop them is to take there shares and hold. It will only take one or two deep pockets to get this done in my opinion
