Well, since I think that it is likely that "the CIA killed Kennedy, or that 9/11 was an inside job" ; I don't think it's unlikely that Big Pharma or their controlling shareholders would work with hedge funds that specialize in "creating liquidity" (a euphemism for driving the cost down and retail out).

They advertise for these services all the time.
