1. Are you still anticipating a 4th quarter 2017 launch for CannaNet.TV? If so, do you have a specific date you intend to launch? Yes – no firm date yet but likely before Thanksgiving

2. Aside from Night Flight, where will you be getting content to populate the site? Will it be predominantly Innovativ's media assets or will you be partnering with additional companies for content? Yes – numerous discussions are under way to produce, license or acquire both archival and original content

3. How do you intend to reach a broad audience? Will CannaNet be available through streaming services such as ChromeCast, Roku, AppleTV, PSN, etc? Ultimately CannaNet.TV expects to be available on most online distribution platforms and is also looking at satellite delivered conventional TV distribution to be added down the road

4. Does INMG have plans to, or are you in the process of, uplisting the company? The Company still anticipates applying to a different exchange when appropriate

5. Lastly, many of us shareholders are wondering when can we expect a PR from the company? The Company puts out material news when it is available and confirmed
