It's clear t me that ur not getting how things work in otc
The first thing is that u can't trade a stock with more then 4 numbers after the point. That seas that if there was such a trade it wasn't traders that did it but it was that the company gave shares t some1 and that the company could do by which ever price they want even if it's not the share price at t time and that's what the company did today and while they did it there was the whole time a bid of 30m by 4 hope u gt it and im still bullish on vcps and I own about 13m shares in the company
