For those wondering what the price needs to be and for how long before Nasdaq listing the information can be found in this link. Looks like there are several different markets on Nasdaq to choose from. On page 9, for listing on Nasdaq Capital Market shows the lowest closing price scenario and other standards needed. Looks like it needs to be a minimum of 90 consecutive days at the minimum closing price before the company can apply to be listed on a Nasdaq market from what I'm getting out of it. Am I reading this correctly?
