We are not seeing the same Level 2. If so, we have different interpretations of what it means.

Trick about news, good or bad, is that it's high sceptibility to manipulation of the stock price in the opposite direction of the news.

So, if one is not careful, one can make the mistake of buying when one should be selling or selling when one should be buying.
