Exactly, Equal. The shorts know what is coming which is why they timed this attempt to cover. But they will back off after they get what they can. They certainly don't want to force a buyout, which would be bad for them. And they think they can do their work quickly before a licensing deal. They viewed the PR as a clear indication that deals are coming but since none was announced they concluded that they have a window here. The question they are faced with is how big is the window?
