The Company plans to file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") approximately 10 days after the date hereof and expects that its common shares will cease trading on NASDAQ on or about September 22, 2017. In preparation for this contingency, the Company has applied for listing on the OTCQB and anticipates that its stock will begin trading there on September 22, 2017 under the symbol “DCTH”.
