Well there is just so much misleading garbage out there, people flipping on opinions etc....

Disclaimer: I own this stock and have been flipping it, and am down from yesterdays shiz show.

But nonetheless, what I said is logical and it's a very reasonable explanation for what happened. I even provide counter arguments on why I think others are not correct and that this is not Cortez shorting his own stock

Cortez company own like 51% percent + of commons, they would be literally shooting themselves in the foot buy shorting their own stock
