This didn't address the fact that I want to be excited about possible crypto business but have no info to go on.

Furthermore one would think being a professional publicly traded company, if you can't handle people being mad and sending emails when they are down 50-80% on your company maybe your in the wrong business.

Rather than going silent couldn't it also be handled by constant visibility into the progress?

Maybe either way they can't win is your point but the "I'll take my ball and go home method" doesn't seem great either.
