This is exactly my take on it as well.

You think Cortez really would short his stock when it was on fire and about to break .01? Maybe I'm in a bigger scam than I realize and DeBeanBear is right but I disagree. I saw ASCM out of the blue come in and bring it down. I understand what you're saying about wanting them to PR today but in the tweet they said they are negotiating. My opinion: when they strike/finalize a deal they'll PR it.
