There are not too many other ways. Some people partner up with a personal financier.
Or just grow more organically, and not obliterate the common shares worth.
I get it now....the shares are worthless to them.

These assets we bought for them are cash cows for life, and will only gain in value. After july 1st--> They realized that fast and said who cares about the preferred shares and gave in to the common share holder.

They have a small branded base now, and can sell it to the highest bidder when mj reschedules. All they have to do is expand ivxx outside ca and nv....which will be hard. Then just sell it all
