Congress passed an extension to protect medical marijuana from being shut down by Dept. of Justice till Dec.

If they can include the amendment in final spending bill, which is due soon, then cannabis stocks will be protected till fall 2018.
This was a major risk hanging over sector, and for now that risk has been removed. If we can get amendment included in main spending bill marijuana will be protected for whole year.
This could send cannabis stocks rallying again, including RLBD, which could quickly run back to .10+
