Unfortunately for long shareholders, you cannot demand anything regarding reports, etc. They will just fall back on saying wait for SEC filings, etc. There is no remedy for inferior and incompetent management. The PPS we are seeing is not a result of any dilution, it is a result of the aforementioned. This company has offered nothing to promote interest in this stock to current and potential shareholders. Until major changes made, this is dead money.
