Thor Von Thorson -- The information you uncovered is quite amazing. I am presently working on DD before investing. I actually have been on this board for several weeks watching and reading the posts, and it seems the company has stalled and is not attracting new subscribers at the rate I had thought it should. I plan to continue looking and reading over the next few weeks as the price per share should increase once the company figures out how to get new subscribers. I understand that OTTV is new, but to have only 400 subscribers at this point is not an indication to investors that this company is headed in the right direction or can even continue. I believe some FINS are soon to be released which should help address concerns. Also, if an investor has to dig as you to figure out what the company's assets are, this may cause a problem attracting investment money.

The formula that this CEO has employed seems logical. I am happy to see that the Hispanic and Latino communities may have a viable television schedule coming to fruition.

As I mentioned, I plan to review the upcoming financial data and gather as much DD as possible in order to determine if this company can stand the rigors of a start-up.
