I believe his intentions were good and he wanted to be involved with his shareholders. In the beginning I was blown away by how accessible he was. Now I feel that he has changed course and is going to do what is best for his company which may not have shareholders best interest in mind. I think the dirty shell really surprised him and set him back. I think Mariel got him to trust DiPrima who duped him into the shell without knowing the whole story. I agree he is not trying to scam anyone but I dont think he has shareholder interest in mind any longer. All speculation on my part.
