I don't understand the verbage....in my experiences they are going to end up in my account as a data entry...NOT certs. The broker doesn't even like to do certs when you request them, and normally there's a charge to get certs......time consuming.
Then, even if done, I could walk up the street to any broker and have them put them in an account with my name and direct them to sell....or whatever. Or sign the certs over to my ETrade broker and put them right back in! IMHO Neal
