It's not OUR fault. Stockholders buy because they either believe in the company or they think the price is cheap and they can trade for profits. Any long term holders have their reasons. It is not their fault that the stock is not attracting enough investment capital to increase the share price. We have talked for a long time on this board about toxic financing and dilution. These are the reasons for a depressed share price.It is really not so complicated. At the moment, it appears that most folks are watching from the sidelines. The trading volume is pathetic. There are some really smart people out in the world who would jump into SGBYD if they believed that the revenues vs. the share structure was attractive.

As I said on day one when the RS was first announced to be voted on, a RS without a reduction in the A/S number is the biggest red flag imaginable. If and when there is the alluded to reduction in the A/S, then the price will rise. I should have pointed this out as the biggest drag on prices along with revenues and margins. Blaming the MMs in the meantime (except for intra-day chicanery to fool L2 watchers and get orders executed) is silly. No one ever blames them when the price goes up.
