In fairness, Tex, three years ago they didn't realize the stock would be seriously suppressed. If the stock was at fair value (say $25) it would be a different story. They could issue 4 million shares and raise $100 million. The scammers changed the game. But it's also going to cost them here shortly, because of how ADXS is going to adapt.
