Great Post Mastiff. Of course there's no buyout in the making. Why would ADXS go thru the trouble of streamlining their business and dropping HER2 if they were being bought out? They wouldn't. They would just sell their company as is and the buyer would then decide whether to keep HER2 or not. The fact that they took the time to streamline, and for that matter the fact that they fired Dan, means that they are not selling. Otherwise they'd just sell and let the buying BP fire Dan and do the streamlining.
