My 2 dollars about this (thats 2 cents with inflation)
I agree with others who have posted similar to what i'm going to post.
If you go to my post from after midnight yesterday after reading the Q filing, i had a feeling they will drop it today, of course i wasn't expecting 20 % but everyone has to notice the pattern here. This is exactly similar to what happened about 2 months ago.
ADXS shares are hard to find. Thats why when we go up on small volume its short covering to allow for further shorting, they wait until ANY news is out then short as hard as they can so a simple retail guy like me would think what am i missing ? the report must be bad ! i must be missing something ! No i'm not missing anything, neither are you, like i said yesterday if anything that was good news that they are going to focus resources on current trials and on NEO (where the money is).
as you can see with every dump they take it a bit lower than previous because they are stealing shares from depressed longs who feel like "let me get out before its too late"
Like i said before make a decision now and don't change it, just say this is not for me, sell and move on, or say i'm in it till the end to zero or to PICK a Number.
Bottom line is you either believe the science WILL pan out (remember we can't say we have a product until we start selling the product, which can be as soon a s PETX for canine or europe for humans)
again like i said before we won't know if our decisions are right or wrong now, only in hind sight will we know
The Filing yesterday is unlikely the cause of dumping today but more an opportunity to short mainly dropping the price significantly to scare people out of their shares, am i scared yes, i don't want to lose my money, am i selling no, i made my decision long long time ago like 5 years ago that i'm in till the end, now ten years from now i might look back and see how stupid i was or how smart that decision was but its really not about me being smart or stupid but rather if the science pans out and we commercialize
Also all us longs here are strapped out of cash 100 % of my TDameritrade account is ADXS, can't spare any more $ to buy and i'm sure a lot of longs are in a similar condition, this is allowing shorts to put downward pressure dropping price down with 100 shares (i know today was 2 million, but these were accumulated over past 2 weeks which led price to go up the way it did)
they slowly buy upwards and accumulate to allow them to dump quickly and cause a shock drop in price which will lead to panic among other investors who will panic sell.

BTW: even with news these big players have a good handle on the stock so they can still manipulate the price despite any news even if good, as you can see they can wipe out 20 % on neutral to positive news, so even good news they can still put pressure on it, this will rise once we license, commercialize and have real income and other big players step in to engineer a rise.
