CETY investor since June at .016. Got lucky today! Picked up 22,000 shares at .0202! Placed the order at .0201, then changed it to the new bid at .0202 when I left for work at 11:15 since I can't trade at work. I did not expect it to fill because there was a big gap between the ask and bid price. Got home from work at 5:00 and found it filled at 11:56. That raises my cost basis but I am happy because I don't expect it to see .0202 again.
