I would LOVE to be proven wrong. However,I was first told about this DIRECTLY from the Scam artist and puppet master himself, Thomas Collins. He asked me for advice as it was the false convertible note that he used to falsely issue and sell me shares that was not included in the financial reports filed with OTCMarkets.com.

While this came up with the lawyers, brokerage firm and OTC Markets $GMNI tried back dating some service agreements and created a major stock issuance and sell off driving down the stock with a massive 3 (a) 10 agreement with Redwood Capital.

I was on conference calls with OTC Markets relating to this and no for a fact that they will no longer accept filings from GMNI. So if I am lying where are the filings? Or am I to believe the company thought it was in the best interest to not file anymore financial statements for almost 3 years and not release news in 1.5 years? Oh that would be so much better

$GMNI and Thomas Collins are a fraud!
