Tell that to the shareholders who have lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in this stock because of Michie's incompetent decisions.

The real conspiracy is the dereliction of duty and COMPLETE SILENCE of CEO Michie.

TOS? Discovery is a two way street. Looking forward to it.

I have been documenting the irregularities, painting the tape, and shenanigans going on with this company for a year.

It is an extension of actions that Terry Haggerty got BARRED FOR LIFE from FINRA (and still goes on today)- and Michie to this day has never said a word about it.

Does this not concern you?.

Why is PFSD 6 10Q's (about to be 7 end of September) and 2 10K's behind?

It is irrelevant to place a "shell value" to this company.
