Well I was correct in saying we will know from the company when the IND is filed. I thought that was what I read in an earlier release. Once file they will tell us and then we will wait for the 30 day waiting period. The IND has not been filed yet and there is still work being done on the working cell bank (WCB)and the master cell bank (MCB). and then the encapsulation and testing of those cells have been done by Austrianova. Here are the exact words from IR.

PharmaCyte can not file the IND until the work being done by Eurofins to create the Master Cell Bank (MCB) and the Working Cell Bank (WCB) and then the encapsulation and testing of those cells have been done by Austrianova. These items are not complete, and it is the information generated from each of these steps that is necessary to submit the IND. PharmaCyte can not give an IND submission date until this work is complete. [When the IND is submitted, PharmaCyte will likely make this announcement, and then the 30-day comment period begins with the FDA.
