I just went through the Q! Great news... As of June 30th there was only $4000 left on the single convertible note DOLV has! The note was bought by Anying Huang and it looks to me like the last $4000 has already been converted between June 30th and now.

Now when the ticker change and news starts to hit there will be no dilution!
