yes, here's a couple of links. but remember a company has to find an mm willing to file a 211 submission and that is unlikely. mm's don't want to take on that responsibility for a company that has been suspended by the sec.
In this case--with revocation of registration looming--no broker will even consider filing a 211. That won't happen unless the company files a new Form 10 and it becomes effective.
