you are not understanding this so let's try again. the company had a form 211. today's suspension voided that which means the company will trade on the grey market, if it trades again. in order to get off the grey market the company would have to find a new sponsoring market maker willing to make a submission to finra. even in the unlikely event that they could do that, the 211 process takes months, not days.
