No Form 211 will be filed. The stock is going to be revoked, regardless of what happens with the delinquent filings. Even if Campo filed all delinquent 10-Q's and 10-K's right now, the stock will still be revoked. It does not fix the crime which has already been committed. It would be like someone robbing a bank and all is forgiven if they give back the money when they are caught. Doesn't happen.

There is a reason why every single stock suspended by the SEC for delinquent filings was revoked. Not a single one escaped that fate because it is a slam dunk - there is no question each one broke the law and did not provide the required filings for an extended period of time.
