yesterday was a disaster, it has happened a few times, especially the last couple months in the first 10 minutes after open, i'll buy stuff or short stuff - and it will go thru, then won't show up in positions, but will on the web, then try to sell thru pro no go, then finally sell, then shows me short etc..it's nuts..
i asked them how they don't have any internal message system like most brokerages do where they can send out memo: "etrade pro software issues, please do not place orders" something..but no, nothing, no email, no text, nothing..just pain..
