ststephensrevenge, not sure if your read this PPHM board daily but I believe there is not a single post in the last 30 days, possibly longer, that in one way or another promotes ES, CJ or DP to be (remain) on the BoD.

And the method for us retail shareholder to make that happen in a way that can ONLY BE COUNTERED by PPHM if the muster more votes for ES, CJ and DP then RONIN is the UNBALANCE the vote.

RONIN will vote the RED card and get it's candidates voted in with the help of his allies (of which he only named SW but stated they were not alone).

The other people are NOT served an ALL or NOTHING menu. One can INDIVIDUALLY vote for CEO King + 3 NEW PPHM CANDIDATES (of which one is Dr. LIAS) and NOT VOTE for ES, CJ and DP.

So if 7 positions must be filled and RONIN fills 3 of them, and PPHM (ES and consorts) cannot do otherwise then vote for ALL 7 because otherwise they put there new BoD candidates at risk (Dr. Lias would start with a serious handicap not having the trust of shareholders).

We on the other hand CAN unbalance that equilibrium in the disadvantage of ES, CJ and DP.

The added advantage is that now we shareholders have:
- A majority on the BoD that values PS-targeting
-->CEO King + 3 PPHM will not allow PS-targeting to be squandered.
-->4 vs 3 at worst

- A majority on the BoD when it comes to Avid expansion
--> 3 RONIN candidates are by definition Pro-Avid (see RONIN letters), CEO King is historically the Avid man, and Dr. Lias is the Avid director.
-->5 vs 2 at worst

- RONIN candidates have a chance to PROVE their value, certainly whit a heavy-weight as Lias in charge of Avid. And that will give US retailers a chance to go further next ASM.

- While we will NEVER have a blocking situation when it comes to voting we will have a defacto AUDIT in the BoD. You may rest assured that team RONIN will in now way allows the others any hanky-panky and they have access to most corporate information.
