I guess you're the Kind of guy thats likes those drinks that are only made up of 5% real juice. If the Divi turns out to be actual shares of TFN then that means if you own shares you are a direct owner of TFN. owning shares of BKMP (basically operating as a BDC which owns only 20% of TFN) means you own TFN indirectly. Besides Dilution what is Mr. Winick's source of cash flow? 20% of what TFN is making? considering the fact that there are like almost 14 billion shares outstanding 20% ownership just doesnt seem to cut it. Judging by the PPS of course.
