So let me ask you, why is the PPS still sitting at all time lows? for weeks now? If there were a lack of shares out there, why isnt supply and demand causing the PPS to rise when we have 500 million shares traded per day?

You are telling me its ALL NAKED SHORTING AND MMS ARE IN TROUBLE?! Then why is it still so low?
