Darkpulse (a private company) puts this on their website. That's it. No actual "release" to a wire service, no PR by BVTK...and the deal announced is with an unidentified company in Europe. They don't even identify the country.

This is the OTC..MUCH MORE often than not...such "deals" are never what they are suggested to be.
