You put me in jail because you speculated that I created a 2nd account (while I was CORRECTLY suspended for my initial 3 days). You didn't have any definitive evidence.

Not saying you guessed wrong with me.

Actually, I admitted to it many days ago. Again, not the point I'm making here.

The point is that you used ILLEGAL means to suspend my account:

You decided to suspend my account for at least 1 of the possible reasons:

1. The new account opened by "atallerballer" was opened in a library about 3 or so miles from where I currently live.

- This is illegal to penalize dwarren428 on this speculation that the accounts were in similar locations.

2. The password used was either the same as the current password, or the same or similar to an old password.

- This is illegal to penalize me based on this speculation that the 2 accounts have to be the same person because the passwords are the same or similar.

3. The writing style between "atallerballer" and "dwarren428" were similar.

- This is illegal to penalize me based on this speculation. A combination of all 3, even though you may think is enough evidence, it is actually still ILLEGAL to operate your business in this manner.

4. dwarren428 and atallerballer both post on IMUN board, and atallerballer was created the same day dwarren428 received initial 3 day suspension. Sounds like good evidence, too bad you are still speculating, and using ILLEGAL business practices to suspend me.

There is no other way you could've decided "atallerballer" was dwarren428.

As I've said before, I admitted that "atallerballer" was indeed me. Not the point I'm arguing.

Doesn't excuse IHub for running their business in an ILLEGAL manner.

I personally only created the 2nd account because I FIGURED that it is IMPOSSIBLE for IHUB to penalize me based on an ILLEGAL SPECULATIVE GUESSING business practice. Clearly, I was wrong. IHub has no problem in breaking the law and suspending their users and stealing their money ILLEGALLY.

You, IH Geek Dave are a part of a criminal enterprise, therefore you yourself are a criminal. I've proven this, and you have still not yet refuted.

If I'm wrong, criminal, then explain to me how you didn't suspend my account using illegal business practices. I've asked you SOOOO many times now, criminal.
