That's not the way I understood it and I could be wrong myself. What I thought I read was they would not tell us before hand that it would be filed on a certain date. But once it was filed they would come back in and tell us it was filed. Then whatever date it was filed it would be 30 days from that date for the FDA approval. It no questions or problems within that 30 day period then its approved.

I asked another friend of mine here in town how he interrupted it and he also thought the way I did. We both could be wrong and are trying to go back and look to see if we misread it.
