All the talk on WMIH board leads one to think that Lehman's Escrow shares may be seeing some action in comming months. Any take? The WMIH board is lit up with anticipation of recovery; I.E. Par value plus dividends in arrears. The truth is the estates of Lehman and Wamu were both put in escrow by the courts and the DOW, which most of those hybrid assets were linked to, was valuated in 2008 at under 10,000 and now we are at DOW 22,000. That means our Escrow estate has more than doubled while the debt and claims against us are relative to Y-2008 Dow under 10,000. So we should have twice the equity needed to offset the debt by mere increase in the value of our assets in escrow.
