It is true there is a Florida Court Order instructing GEGI that it can't raise the AS or OS. However, there are also multiple Court Orders instructing Kate and GEGI that they must provide bank statements and other financials to Lattuca, who has over $300k in judgments against GEGI and/or QEDN.

Despite the Court Orders, Kate and GEGI refuse to provide the bank statements or financials. If Kate is refusing to comply with Court Orders requiring her to produce bank statements why do you think she is going to comply with a Court Order instructing GEGI from increasing the AS or OS? What is going to happen to her if she increased the AS or OS in violation of the Court's Order?

She is currently in contempt of court for her blatant disregard of this same court's prior orders. I don't know why she would obey the order about share structure when she is not obeying other orders from the Court.
