Its was never a lawsuit. It was a complaint against product likeness and threat of lawsuit. The 2 parties came to an agreement. This hero company has done it to a handful of other tonneau companies as well.
Worksport is born subsequently. Its now in the past as much as you think its not. Calling something that was never a lawsuit a lawsuit over and over again is just silly already.
